Amber Benson (born April 14 in 1970) is a famous American singer, actress also a writer, director and actor. Her most well-known work is her part in the TV show Buffy the Vampire Slayer as Tara Maclay. She also was the director, producer and star in her own film Chance as well as Lovers Liars & Lunatics. Also, she was a part of the movie Kiss the Bride. Benson, her mother was a psychologist as well as the wife of Diane Benson, was born in Birmingham Alabama on January 8 1977. Danielle is her elder sister and an artist. Benson was born to a father who is Jewish while her mother is Southern Baptist was raised in an Alabama Reform synagogue. Benson began appearing in other films like The Killing Jar. Benson also appeared on TV series like Morganville The Series.
